Who We Are

Who are we?

We are a friendly church on the east side of Inverness who are committed to following after Jesus together. This is in our DNA as a church. We are a gathering of people from all ages and stages of life.

Culloden-Balloch is an evangelical church which means that the gospel is at the heart of everything we do. We are also an independent church meaning that the church is governed locally and therefore does and will continue to have a local flavour.

Balloch, Inverness and the Highlands is our home and we want to love and serve the people that live in this area. We believe that God’s love can transform lives and therefore communities, and we want to see that happening in the place that we live.

As Christians, we share the common belief in the good news of Jesus. If you’d like to know more about who Jesus is, we would like to help you.

What is the Gospel?

We believe that the true story of Jesus coming into this world, his life, death, resurrection and future return is the greatest news that anybody could ever hear.

We call this good news the 'Gospel’. As Christians, the Gospel is at the heart of everything we believe and do.

You can find out more about the Gospel in this short video.
